Rajesh Jha founded SimInsights in 2009 to accelerate learning at all levels through simulations and games. Previously, Rajesh spent nine years at Altair Inc. where he helped develop the HyperWorks computer Aided Engineering platform for product innovation and design. At Altair, Rajesh held a variety of positions in program management, software development and marketing. As program manager, Rajesh led the launch of MotionSolve, one of the world’s most advanced simulation engines used by leading companies such as Toyota, Porsche and GM. Rajesh earned his B.Tech. in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, MS in Engineering from Ohio State University and MBA from UCLA.
Billy is Vice President of Business Development at SimInsights, responsible for high level engagements with decision makers in industry and government organizations. Billy has over 20 years of experience in teaching math, coaching sports, and investing energy in understanding the learning process. He is passionate about the potential of VR and AR to close the skills gap through engaging programs that accelerate training and enhance support. Billy holds degrees from the College of the Holy Cross (BA), University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management (MBA), and California State University Los Angeles (MA, Education).
