Accessibility Statement

At SimInsights, we are committed to making our software accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to create immersive, engaging, and inclusive VR/AR/web/mobile experiences that everyone can enjoy, regardless of physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities.

Our Commitment
We recognize that accessibility in virtual reality poses unique challenges, and we are continuously striving to meet and exceed standards to ensure inclusivity. Our approach includes:

Visual Accessibility: Where possible, we provide audio descriptions and tactile feedback to supplement visual cues.
Audio Accessibility: Our software includes closed captions and adjustable volume levels.
Motor Accessibility: For users with limited mobility or dexterity, we support a range of input methods, including voice commands. We are working towards reducing the need for fine motor skills and extensive physical movement in all interactions.
Cognitive Accessibility: Our VR/AR experiences are designed with user-friendly interfaces, clear instructions, and optional assistance for complex tasks. We aim to reduce cognitive load through intuitive design, ensuring that users can navigate at their own pace.

VPAT/ACR

Because our virtual reality software is rapidly under development with continuous release and due to the unique nature of the virtual reality space, SimInsights is not planning to fill out a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) to create an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) at this moment. As we continue to develop our product and improve our accessibility features, we will perform an assessment sometime in the future.

Ongoing Improvements

We are continually improving our VR/AR/web/mobile software’s accessibility features based on user feedback and evolving accessibility standards. Our team actively researches and tests solutions to overcome VR/AR/MR-specific barriers, ensuring we deliver an immersive experience that’s welcoming to all.
If you have any questions, feedback, or need assistance using our VR/AR/web/mobile software, please contact us here. Your input is valuable to us in making our VR experiences more accessible.
