On Wednesday April 30, 2025, Chris Johnson of SimInsights co-presented with the Imperial Valley Regional Occupation Program (IVROP) at the 2025 CWA WORKCON at the Hilton Orange County in Costa Mesa, CA.
The event sought to showcase “innovative and strategic collaborations, partnerships, programs, ideas, and principles that highlight the remarkable work of California’s Workforce Development Boards, Community-Based Organizations, Educational entities, WIOA partners, and all those who are invested in the success of their local communities and the people who live in them.”
SimInsights’ work with IVROP expands access to career exploration through high-quality training simulations in rural and underserved communities in the Imperial Valley. IVROP’s work has shown a notable impact in the community, with former alum going on to work in fields like healthcare and even serve as the mayor of Imperial, CA!
